Chef Laura
Sally’s is honored to announce a new Chef-de-Cuisine, Laura De Martin. A native of Bressanone, Italy, De Martin’s early training included a variety of restaurants in and around Bressanone where she learned to apply the principals that define Tuscan cuisine.
De Martin officially moved to the U.S. in 2003 heading up the kitchen at Il Delfino in San Diego followed by the Four Seasons Aviara and most recently the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
De Martin looks forward to inspiring new dishes still focused on sustainable, fresh seafood and unique flavors at Sally’s Seafood on the Water.
