Kazoo Roll
Made with seven unique ingredients not found in traditional sushi rolls, Chef Kaz’s signature roll was inspired by his trip to the tropical Cayman Islands.

Preparation
Place soy paper on bamboo mat. Spread sushi rice on soy paper. Add mango, avocado, salmon and red leaf lettuce then roll.
Cut into 6 pieces. Garnish with roasted almonds. Serve with sushi soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.

- 5 oz Sushi rice
- 1 sheet Soy paper
- 2 oz Salmon
- 2 slices Mango
- 2 slices Avocado
- 1 leaf Red leaf lettuce
- ½ oz Roasted almonds
