Chipotle and Sweet Corn Butter
Delicious butter you can't get enough of. Hits of sweet and tangy with a spicy finish, an addictive start to your meal, served with warm dinner rolls.
Preparation
Leave the butter outside the refrigerator to soften. Sauté the corn and the garlic, set aside to cool. In a kitchen mixer equipped with the whisk attachment whip the butter until it turns white and fluffy then add all the other ingredients, careful when mixing in the liquids, it might get messy! Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 2.5 lbs of butter mix
Ingredients
- 2 lb Butter
- 1 T Pickled Chipotle
- ½ ea Boursin Cheese
- 2 T Chopped garlic, sautéed
- 1 c Sweet corn, sautéed
- 2 T Honey
- 3 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 T A1 Sauce
- 2 T Cilantro, chopped
