Lobster Pot Pie
The decadent version of an old favorite. Canadian Lobster meat cooked to perfection in a rich lobster and roasted vegetable Ragout, baked under golden brown puff pastry.

Preparation
Mix the sauce with the vegetables in an oven proof skillet. Top with sausage, cheese and lobster and cover with puff pastry. Brush with egg and bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until hot and lobster is cooked.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Lobster tail, raw sliced
- 1 c Creamy lobster sauce
- ½ c Mixed sautéed vegetables
- 1 T Portuguese sausage, diced
- 1 T Boursin cheese
- 1 ea Puff pastry circle
- 1 ea Egg, beaten
