New Summer Menu!

We have modified our menus for the summer and have some incredible new dishes to share with you all! Chef Sarah Linkenheil describes the inspiration and thought behind all of our new entrees:

Lunch Menu

chicken ciabatta sandwich

Chicken breast is marinated in a Mid-eastern inspired marinade with paprika, cumin, thyme, rosemary, curry and mustard. The warm flavor of the chicken is combined with sweet and sour pickled cucumber and a buttermilk dressing which give the Sandwich distinct layers of flavor.

blackened mahi mahi sandwich

Lean, fresh caught Mahi fish dipped in spicy Jerk seasoning, seared to perfection and paired with a citrus aioli, fresh lettuce and tomato. This is a great sandwich for a hot summer day!

grilled halibut

The Halibut is fresh caught and delivered daily from Alaska, but this dish itself was inspired by south american flavors. The Rice is cooked with mild Ancho chili, onion, garlic and seasoned with a little bit of Chipotle which adds another dimension to the dish. The Halibut is topped with a chimichurri style Parsley, garlic and onion relish and then finished with a smooth white wine butter sauce.

Dinner Menu

albacore ceviche

Inspired by the traditional Peruvian Ceviche, Sally's version simply marinates the tender Albacore just for a few minutes to preserve the smooth texture of this lean fish. The marinade has a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity and this distinct flavor is continued by the addition of mango and pickled cucumber. A nice and light appetizer that goes wonderfully with the breeze on Sally's patio!

herb butter broiled halibut

Our best seller! Alaskan halibut caught dailly, seared and topped with a compound butter that takes this dish to the next level. Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Tarragon, Curry and Paprika are steeped overnight in a small amount of warm butter. This technique really infuses the butter with all the flavors developing over time and through the warmth of the butter. The next day the rest of the butter is whipped, the infused butter added and everything flavored with sauteed onions, garlic, chopped Sardines, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Cognac and Sherry. All these flavors together create an irresistable topping for the halibut. Served with Spaetzle (a German type of Pasta), wild mushrooms, spinach and oven dried tomatoes, this dish is truly unique!

seafood pasta

Fresh fish sauteed with mussels, Calamari and herb set atop of handmade Fettuccini pasta topped with a creamy chorizo-tomato sauce. This dish is savory and satisfying and shows the best a seafood pasta can be!

maine diver scallops

Sweet and tender scallops highlighted by  creamy pancetta sauce and a savory demi glace. Paired with an original German potato pancake, the scallops have truly found their match! The combination of all ingredients turns this dish into German inspired food like you have never seen it before!

Happy eating!
