Spätzle Side Dish Recipe

I am always looking for unusual side dishes. Rice and Potatoes are good, but there is more out there! Spätzle, for example, are German/Austrian dumplings (a sort of egg pasta) and are one of the easiest sides to make. At Sally’s Seafood on the Water we currently serve them with our Seabass.
