Chef Jake Andrews brings more than ten years of culinary experience to Sally’s Seafood on the Water. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Jake was inspired to become a chef from a young age. With a background in Modern American cuisine, Chef Andrews has lent his expertise to Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort, Hyatt Santa Barbara and Hyatt Regency San Antonio amongst others. A longtime farm-to-table devoted chef, Andrews is passionate about responsible farming, fishing and the production of food and is proud to bring this dedication and creativity to all facets of the Sally’s dining experience.
